Balsamic roast potatoes using basic range tinned potatoes from my store cupboard. Cheap and tasty! http://www.frugallywell.co.uk/search/label/Balsamic%20roast%20potatoes
I can’t make the linky work 🙁

Looking forward to checking out his month’s frugal recipes Elizabeth, thanks for hosting. I’ve always got plenty of dried lentils & beans in my pantry, they’re perfect for adding to meat to make a meal go further.

I tend to use frozen quern mince instead of meat as it’s much cheaper and with the right seasoning can taste just as nice. x
