    some great recipes here. I’m veggie and gluten free so I love the fact that you have vegan recipes. I also really like courgettes. At the moment I tend to grate them but being able to spiralize them would be fab!

    Recipes look great and very tempting…but I was so surprised to discover you were in Shetland.! For some bizarre reason I always expect food bloggers to live in some far flung exotic location…..and yet there you are – not to far from me lol….and making Shetland look fabulous…Well done…

    Love the look of the pesto noodles with shrimp, I eat alot of pesto so simple and quick it saves me time.The shrimps are not something I would have considered pairing with pesto before
