A good pots and pans set is essential for any kitchen. Over my years of blogging I’ve amassed a good collection of cookware. I have quite a range of pots and pans in my kitchen now – from a gorgeous copper tri-ply set perfect for conducting heat evenly and looking absolutely fantastic after tarnishing for over two years, to the best non-stick frying pan I’ve ever owned – ideal for whipping up a lower calorie meal for myself as I don’t have to use oil to keep the food from sticking.
I’ve got one of the Linea non-stick grill pans from House of Fraser, in a very attractive red colour, ideal for grilling meat to perfection without the need for any additional oil, and a collection of Le Crueset cookware – perfect for slow cooking casseroles.
Having a range of pots and pans as well as kitchen accessories makes my job of cooking for a family of five that much easier.

Just before our first child was born we decided to invest in a good quality pan set as we didn’t know how long it would before we could afford any new ones. That was 13 years ago and they are still going strong but look a little battered. The Linea Principle red four piece pan set looks like ti could do the same job for just as long.
