Dry Gin-uary Martini Recipe
- 50 ml Curio Rock Samphire Gin
- 25 ml Dry Vermouth
- 1 sprig Rock Samphire to garnish
- Pour Rock Samphire Gin and dry vermouth in cocktail shaker with ice. Stir well, then strain into chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of rock samphire.
