Veggie Zinger with Matcha Green Tea
A gorgeous green vegetable juice with a healthy dose of matcha green tea!

Ingredients

green apple
1
handful
green grapes
1

kohlrabi
peeled and quartered
1
celery stalk

cucumber
unpeeled
2
broccoli florets
1
handful
spinach leaves

tsp
Matcha green tea powder
ice
to serve
cucumber slice
to garnish
celery stick
to garnish
Instructions
Place the apple, grapes, kohlrabi, celery, cucumber, broccoli and spinach into a wide mouthed slow juicer and juice.
Add the matcha green tea powder to the juice and whisk until blended.
Pour over plenty of ice and serve immediately, garnished with a cucumber slice and celery stick, if desired.
