Green Juice Without a Juicer
You don't need an expensive juicer to reap the benefits of fresh green juicer - a blender and a nut milk bag (or cheesecloth) will do the trick!

Ingredients

grams
spinach

apples

cucumber

cm
fresh ginger root
250
ml
water
a few drops of liquid stevia
(optional)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain through the nut milk bag or cheesecloth and serve.
If desired, garnish with a cucumber slice.
