Hot Smoked Salmon Salad with Quinoa, Grains & Red Rice

Ingredients

Merchant Gourmet Quinoa, Grains & Red Rice

spring onions
finely chopped

Fresh and Naked baby spinach leaves
washed and chopped

hot smoked peppered Shetland salmon
flaked

new olive oil

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss lightly.
Notes
If you are not using peppered smoked salmon you might want to season the salad with salt and pepper to taste.
