Instructions
Combine the chopped salad greens, carrot, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, dill and parsley in a medium sized bowl.
Drizzle over the olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Season well with salt and pepper and gently toss.
Arrange the salad onto a serving dish and sprinkle with the crumbled goats cheese.
Serve immediately.
