Notes
Food waste prevention tip #1: Don't throw away the unused SPAM®, use it to make a spooky Halloween themed scrambled egg breakfast! Fry the remaining bits of SPAM® in a little oil until browned, stir in a few eggs beaten with a splash of cream and some chopped red pepper and spring onion.Food waste prevention tip #2: Keep any leftover bits of carrot and use them in a carrot soup, or freeze and use in a stock recipe at a later date.
