Win a UK Weekend Camping Break for 4 People!

Win a weekend’s camping break for up to four people on any Pitch Up tent pitch in the UK! Where would you pitch up your tent if you won?

I absolutely love camping. Growing up in Canada it was something we did with regularity during the summer months, and as an adult/parent it’s something I love doing with my kids (or even on my own – have you ever gone solo camping, so much fun!).

Last summer our family won the Black’s Pitch Up Blogger Challenge – we were sent a rather fantastic Rydal Eurohike 600 and challenged to set it up as fast as we could. We topped the leaderboard with a whopping 12 minutes and 30 seconds pitch up time for a rather large six man tent which we’d never had out of the bag before.

Our prize (besides getting to keep the seriously awesome tent – I’m still rather chuffed with that) was a weekend’s family camping at any PitchUp location in the UK.

Unfortunately, none of the campsites here in Shetland are registered with PitchUp, and we’ve not managed to make it to the mainland as a family this year.

So, PitchUp has agreed to let me pass on our prize to you on the condition that camping is booked before the end of 2018! Campsite prices vary depending on where you are, but the prize is for a tent pitch for up to four persons anywhere in the UK.

I do realise it’s a little late in the season to be thinking of camping, but the weather is still pretty reasonable during half-term in England, no? Holiday plans with the kids, perhaps?

Where would you go if you won? Visit the PitchUp website and let me know in the comments!

To be honest, I’m a bit of a homebird and I love my home comforts so I’m not a big fan of real-life camping – too many bugs and too much rain 😛 but I do enjoy camping in my back garden on hot summer nights and spotting shooting stars!
