Celebrate Bonfire Night with a Fiery Giveaway from Encona

Published on October 29, 2015 by Elizabeth Atia

Remember, remember the fifth of November!

Bonfire Night via Shutterstock

It’s chilli outside!

Bonfire Night is always a magical occasion of beautiful colours and lights, sparklers and fireworks, and good times with friends and family. But as Christmas gets closer, the nights are only getting colder – and sometimes you need more than a woolly hat to warm you up!

With Encona’s range of over twenty hot and sweet sauces, you can bring flavour and fire to even the most cold evenings. Try a generous dollop of Encona American Chilli Ketchup on chips, or a splash of Encona’s African Peri-Peri on a chicken burger. Fancy something unusual? Add Encona West Indian Smooth Papaya Hot Pepper Sauce to soups and stews for a taste of the tropics.

For the brave and bold, sausages are delicious when drizzled with Encona’s West Indian Extra Hot Pepper Sauce. Made to a traditional Caribbean recipe using a super fiery blend of Red Scotch Bonnet, Yellow Scotch Bonnet and Jolokia Peppers, this delicious sauce was crafted for those who love an extra kick.

To celebrate Bonfire Night, Encona are giving away a copy of ‘The Sausage Book: The Complete Guide to Making, Cooking & Eating Sausages’ by Johnny Acton and Nick Sandler, plus a range of delicious Encona sauces to bring blazing heat to cold winter nights.

Encona have brought the flavour. It’s your turn to bring it to the bonfire.

To find out more about Encona visit their website. You can also find them on Twitter and Facebook.
