Helping to prevent food waste one recipe at time.
The No Waste Food Challenge is a monthly food blogging challenge designed to encourage us all to get a bit creative with leftovers, with the dregs of packets lurking in the back of the cupboard, with that last little bit of cream teetering in between consumable and dodgy.
This month we’ve got quite a selection of recipes for you, from using up that glut of Easter eggs, mashed potatoes, chorizo, cream, bread crumbs and much more.
A great big thank you to all the fantastic food bloggers around the world for joining in last month, and if you feel inspired to join in too you can find this month’s linky either at the bottom of this post and on the official No Waste Food Challenge page.

That Sunshine Lunchbox Loaf looks so amazing, and a terrific use of leftover vegetables. I’ve added my own recipe for using up extra spring onions. We all have extras of those lying in our veg trays, don’t we?

Fantastic recipes, will definitely be trying! My biggest thing with food waste used to be bagged salad! Also found snack bags are a great way of freezing small/individual portions, that’s definitely helped, but I’ll certainly enjoy using this post x

Wow – my leftovers never look this good! Inspiring. I usually have a limp stick of celery and green potatoes lurking around. Not much inspiration there!
