Honeycat Cookies

I didn't make these gorgeous cookies. I wish I had, but I lack the talent for food art of this calibre! These beauties were made by the incredibly talented Lucy from Honeycat Cookies. Lucy is based in Birmingham and she makes bespoke decorated cookies for parties, weddings or gifts.

I've followed the growth of Lucy's small business with delight. When I saw the quality of her work I knew I had a challenge to set her: our Lifeboat Coxswain was going to be turning 50 and I thought a set of RNLI themed cookies would make an ideal gift, after all, it's not every day one turns 50!

Lucy accepted the challenge and set to work, doing her research on all-weather lifeboats and all things nautical for this cookie set. I think the result is absolutely gorgeous and the detail and care she's put into each and every single one of these cookies is awe inspiring. They're also very affordable and she packs them very well so even a trip all the way to the wilds of Shetland from the midlands doesn't break them.

I should probably say, I haven't been paid or given anything to write this post. I merely ordered a set of bespoke biscuits and Lucy has created something so lovely that I wanted to share them with you. If you're ever needing quality cookies for a special event do speak to Lucy from Honeycat Cookies!
